Need painter and yard worker

Looking for yard worker and painter. We need to paint 5 rooms- wall, ceiling, trims and doors. We already have paints- Plus minor patching and caulking. Budget-$1000 +/- we have to get this done as soon as possible. Would like to get references as well. Yard work helper: we need to have someone help to cleanup and put the hands together to install 500sf artificial grass our backyard, we got main technician already, we just need general labor Yard work helper will be hires immediately.
