If you have skills to start to finish small jobs in any of the following: Basic Plumbing: Sink, Shower, Toilet install/fix and replacement, or tile floor, and fixtures or Electric: Switch/Light fixture replacements, ceiling fan install, or any hvac maintenance and heat install or repairs or Roofing: Roofing replacement or repairs or fascia, dripedge, soffit, vinyl, vinyl siding, or gutter repairs or install or HVAC/AC/Heat - unit repairs, duct repair, gas line replacement, gas heater install/repair/maintenance or Insulation, machine insulation foam spray in, roll tacking/hanging or sound insulation or insulation ceiling panels or Drywall, plaster, window/door carpentry, finishing tape/mud etc For each job you need tools, transport, willingness to commit to two day minimum (6 hours per day minimum) Jobs require attention, responsibility, clean up These are jobs that pay depends on experience and skills. Speed and accuracy increases pay. We start everyone at $15. If you have experiences or references we start at $20-24 or up to $35 with assistant. If you have an assistant and you can commit to 2 days, we will pay up to $190 per day total for two laborers. We have three job sites and can commit to minimum of three days per week if your skills are evident. We know the need to pay more for skill and gladly negotiate higher pay for high value jobs on a bid by bid basis Job Sites are Church Hill and Millington. No Drugs. Pay is for work hours. Typical day is 9:45 - 4:15 with half hour lunch. This is handyman work. We need self starters who can see what supplies and bring whatever is needed to complete job. Most supplies are already on site. These jobs are ready to go and we can start the end of the week and offer weekend half days for additional hours. We do not ask to be christian; but we are church people and our jobs serve people in needs. We ask that smoking be outside of buildings only. Sundays work is afternoons only. Se hablo Spanish.
