Mindfully move to the sound of the ocean, expand your breath in the fresh air, relax in the sand and gain a sense of community safely.
This 60 minute practice will be a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, carefully tailored in line with the cycles and rhythms of nature for greater inner alignment and well-being.
Join us on the sand as we shed away the layers of winter that can often leave us feeling sluggish and spring into feeling your best!
Where to Meet:
To the left of the Claremont Lifeguard Tower and community toilet block, opposite the parking lot. Step on to the sand and walk towards the ocean - you'll see the green and white beach towels!
What to Bring:
- A mat (There will be complimentary beach towels set up for you, 6ft apart to place your mat on top of, or feel free to practice on the towel.)
- A mask (to be worn on and off your mat, not required during the practice)
- Water
- Sunscreen / something to cover your eyes during relaxation
- An open mind and playful attitude
