Maundy Thursday Taizé Service, April 1 - Virtual ServiceMaundy Thursday commemorates when Jesus washed his disciples' feet and ate with them the night before He died on the Cross to forgive all our sins. The music of Taizé is a repetitive singing of prayer chants that focus on simple phrases, often from Scripture, creating a meditative prayer experience. Good Friday is “good” because as terrible as that day was, it had to happen for us to receive the joy of Easter.
