NORWALK, CT — Norwalk police detectives are looking to speak to a person about an incident that occurred on Lowe Street on March 12, according to a post on the department's Twitter page. See below. Details of the incident were not disclosed, and Sgt. Sofia Gulino said more information was not being released.
