35 YRS EXP CONCRETE,DRIVEWAYS,WALKWAYS,PATIOS,STEPS … Do NOT hire the contractor with this post. Nathaniel (Nate) Boyce, Jr. --a 70ish year old conman--will take your money and leave you with a mess. Read complaints below. He gave me a reasonable quote, which is the reason I hired him. However, the work done at my house was subpar. My contract stated he would complete the project in 3-4 days. He requested a 50% deposit and agreed to start the next day. After this payment, he gave me different excuses for not showing up for more than a week. The concrete stairs he installed varied in height significantly, creating a safety hazard. Additionally, the work done didn't comply with his contract. For example, installed a thin layer of new concrete over old, cracked concrete that he was supposed to demolish and replaced. He promised to fix the problems but never showed up. Nate became rude and combative after I paid him the deposit. I'm not the only customer he has scammed!
