HOWARD COUNTY, MD — As of Monday, Howard County has a total of 17,230 positive new coronavirus cases, according to the Howard County Health Department, and 232 deaths. The state has 409,075 confirmed cases and 8,075 deaths total, reports the Maryland Department of Health. More than 37,578 people have been hospitalized to date.
