Full-Time Porter/Groundskeeper – Lompoc Windscape Village Apartments in Lompoc is currently seeking a full-time Porter/Groundskeeper for our large community. Duties include but are not limited to: removing litter and debris from grounds, including heavy furniture and appliances, daily cleaning of interior and exterior common areas (laundry rooms, trash enclosures, pools, mail stations and fitness centers), power washing trash enclosures and sidewalks, assisting with various physical tasks as directed e.g., digging holes and tearing down fences, assisting with interior and exterior touch-up painting; cleaning and maintaining storage areas; distributing resident communications; performing work area clean-up and safety related duties. Must be motivated, reliable and detail oriented. Applicants considered must meet criteria for pre-employment physical and background investigation. Please submit resume in response to this post.
