need HELP with my pool drains

i have a shasta pool 14 years old. ive serviced it myself for that time and had another pool prior to this one for 12 years also. so i semi know what im doing. i am stumped on what to do. i have a low pressure of about 4-5 psi on the new gauge i just bought. the system is holding prime with no air bubbles in system, filter cartridges i just cleaned and a year ago i inspected the impeller with the motor out. however my pop up floor cleaning system some zones with 4 heads dont pop up all the way. they use to pop up hard at one point but some zones now just about 1/4 inch and thats it. i think i have it narrowed down to my main drain and spa drain. also, when it is in spa mode, not clean mode, my jets are very weak and there is no air bubbles either, so i believe it is partially clogged as well, as the air comes from the feed pipe back too the spa and if it is low, this would cause a problem also...i was hoping to find someone with pool knowledge that has a 60 foot or so small camera or/and maybe a snake or co2??..to help me. i can pay you for this service i am not looking for a job done for free. i have trees in and around the yard and one bird of paradise tree that shoots peas everywhere so i think that is the issue. so if you think you can help call or text bob...thanks.
