HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Applicants are being sought by the Howard County Public School System to take an active role in developing and revising school system policies as members of policy advisory committees. HCPSS currently is seeking candidates for membership on the 2020-2021 policy advisory committee for Policy 3030, Research Involving Employees and Students. This committee will include one member representing the general resident stakeholder group. Members of this committee will discuss and make policy recommendations to the superintendent. Meetings will be held virtually May 17, May 24 and June 3. Committee members are expected to attend and participate in all committee meetings. Residents interested in applying for a position on this committde can submit a statement of interest online by April 16. A confirmation email with additional details will be sent to the individual selected to participate on the committee.
