Dena Lumbang, owner and baker of Kalani Kakes, will show you how to make chocolate ganache, and different methods for using it in cake decorating. Must have taken Cake Decorating Using Buttercream class, or basic experience with baking layer cakes and using buttercream. What You Will Learn: How to make chocolate ganache and decorate a cake with chocolate (in class tutorial) What You Will Receive: 1 small cake Chocolate ganache Pre-made buttercream Palette knife Sprinkles Fruit & cookies for dipping Spatula Recipe card Venue host has COVID-19 precautions in place.
