Press release from the Caddo Parish: March 29, 2021   Caddo Parish, LA - The Parish of Caddo will host a virtual informational session to provide renters and landlords with information about the Parish's Emergency Rental Assistance Program.   Slated to begin accepting applications April 1, the program is funded through federal COVID-19 dollars, which includes $14.3 million allocated for emergency rental assistance to individuals financially impacted by COVID-19 for rental and electricity costs.   The virtual session will provide information on the program to renters and landlords.
