TOMS RIVER, NJ — A broken water pipe on the fourth floor of the Ocean County Justice Complex set off fire alarms on Monday morning not long after court sessions got under way, officials said. The break in the pipe, for heating and hot water, caused some water to get through to the third floor, said Donna Flynn, public information director for Ocean County. "Some ceiling tiles had to be replaced and some water cleaned up," she said. Everything had been cleaned up and repaired by noon, she said. The incident initially was reported by Ocean County Scanner News. A witness told Patch there were fire trucks from Toms River and Island Heights at the courthouse.
