Prull Group is recruiting for a high-energy individual with the ambition to drive construction projects to completion. The role is largely at project sites in Iowa, with some time at our corporate office coordinating project plans or fabricating ductwork. Top performers are well-compensated, including industry training and benefits packages. · Install HVAC systems for premier commercial properties · Design, fabricate and/or install sheet metal duct and fittings · Inspect, diagnose, and trouble-shoot mechanical systems Basic Qualifications: · Ability to safely operate power tools, hand tools, and shop machinery · You take phenomenal pride in your work and those around you can depend on you · You can comfortably lift 50+ pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (possibly with additional resources and appropriate equipment); carry ladders; work from heights; work in small spaces · Valid driver’s license and clean driving record · Pass pre-employment and periodic drug screenings · U.S. citizen or have legal ability to work Preferred Qualifications: · Local to Iowa, preferably the East-Central region near Linn and Johnson counties · 1+ year experience in farming or a construction trade, preferably sheet metal fabrication, lay-outs, or welding · Ability to read and understand blueprints, spec books, and building codes · EPA and/or HVAC certifications We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
