We are seeking a Part time Customer Service Rep to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product information, creating UPS & FedEx labelsĀ and entering orders.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries
- Provide information about the products
- Enter orders through Sage 50 software
- Data Entry and shipping labels
- Develop and maintain industry leads
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
