Location: Beverly Hills Schedule: M-F, 9a-5p Compensation: 55-60k DOE A Brand Marketing Company in Beverly Hills is seeking a polished, hardworking and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Founder. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for heavy scheduling and calendar management, providing administrative support to the Founder, Chief of Staff, and Head of the company, as well as miscellaneous personal tasks for the Founder. Additional duties will include creating and maintaining filing systems, assisting in the onboarding process of new hires, and planning in – house or off – site activities for internal company events and celebrations. Organization and prioritization are the core elements of this positin’s responsibilities – you MUST know how to keep yourself and others organized and how to prioritze which tasks are the most important. Required Skills/Qualifications: Ability to make independent decisions on a daily basis, addrssing the best way to handle specific tasks Must collaborate with other administrators and support personnel, management and clients on a regular basis Knowledge of keynote is a must!
