EA to Owner of PR Company Location: Beverly Hills Schedule: M-F, 9am-5pm with flex as needed Compensation: 50-65k DOE + health benefits! The owner of a Global PR and Marketing Company is seeking a top notch Executive Assistant to join their team! The company primarily focuses on fashion, lifestyle, food & drink, entertainment, and technology sectors and has established strong ties with influencers and press. We are seeking someone with a high degree of energy, motivation and dedication to quality and excellence. Ideally, you are enthusiastic, committed, proactive, resourceful, and can be counted on to get the job done. Responsibilities: Handles President and Managing Partner’s calendars Prepares President and Managing Partner for all calls and meetings Facilitates meeting preparation, internally and externally Schedules meetings, travel preparation and calendar updates for President General administrative tasks as needed. Preferred Experience & Skills 3 + years of successful office support experience preferred. Familiar with common office hardware/software and systems – Google suite Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills Must work well in fast-paced environment
