Volt Workforce Solutions is now Hiring Material Handler – Receiving Lead! Required SkillsResponsible for the timely receiving of incoming shipments from domestic and international vendors.Provides routing/delivery to appropriate and /or departments; maintains pertinent computer records and files.Provides verification for correctnessChecks shipment against purchase order for shortages; reports discrepancies to Shipping and Receiving Supervisor.Receives purchase orders into computer inventory.Repackage material as necessary or requested by Shipping and Receiving SupervisorReceives RGA’s into computer and inspects materialMaintains records and files of all received items on a daily basisAssists Warehousing staff with Cycle Count functions as needed or required.Performs other duties as directed by the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor or as required. Desired Skills:Ability to speak, read and write English fluentlyGood typing and computer skillsAbility to lift up to 70 lbsKnowledge of, or ability to learn, operation of all Fork Truck Machines and other warehousing equipment.
