Deck sanding services needed

Description

Sanding services needed to remove semi-transparent stain from a 16' x 16' section and a 4' x 4' section of deck boards. Deck railings, posts and stairs will not require sanding. My preference is for boards to be sanded to a smooth, stain-ready state. Please provide all-in quote, along with sanding method (plate sander, orbital sander, hand-held belt sander etc), and date / time requirements. I am flexible on date and time, but would prefer to have job completed in one session.
