SAN DIEGO, CA — Crews from the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department battled a trash truck fire Sunday that prompted the evacuation of a Toyota dealership on Mission Gorge Road. Four fire units were on the scene of the fire in the area of Mission Gorge Road and Fairmount Avenue that was first reported at 3:06 p.m. Sunday, SDFRD said. Units arrived at 3:13 p.m. and additional resources were requested from the San Diego city equipment, such as a skip loader.
