CONCORD, NH — It was a blustery day in New Hampshire leading to more than 110,000 electric customers losing power due to downed trees and branches and snapped power lines. At post time, about 25,000 remain without power, mostly Eversource and New Hampshire Electric Co-op customers. Eversource said 85,000 of its customers lost power during the past 12 hours due to the strong winds which reached gusts of up to 50 mph. Another 75 crews have been assigned to restore power, the company said. Unitil, at one point, had about 6,000 out in the capital region with thousands more on the Seacoast.
