Established Groooovy band re-booting, looking for funky/groovy drummer

We are/were an established gigging band in the Paso/Cruces area prior to covid shutdown. A couple of players left the group and we are now re-forming with intention to be gigging by Summer. Made up of players from El Paso and Las Cruces. Our repertoire (covers) is best described as groove-oriented rock...the funkier side of rock; this includes a smattering of old-school R&B, some neo-soul, and even a bit of jazz fusion. An eclectic mix but it works and audiences enjoyed us. On top of this, our singer is bilingual so we do tunes both in English and Espanol. So if you are drummer who can funk it, keep a steady groove, maybe whip up a latin groove now and then...you may be who we are looking for. Hit me, let's talk.
