ISO a maintenance person who can do general maintenance of properties as well as outdoor maintenance.
APPLICANTS MUST HAVE THEIR OWN TRUCK. Knowledge must include but is not limited to knowledge of plumbing, heating, and electrical. Must have experience in drywall, paint and appliance repair.
Must be able to lift over 50 lbs. Must have their own tools, a valid driver license and current vehicle insurance.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
