Fast paced property management company needing experienced handyman that can do all aspects of repairs. Must be available or have workers available 7 days a week. Sunday emergency or after hours call pay accordingly. From San Luis Obispo to Santa Maria workers needed. Light plumbing and electrical included. Must have insurance and handyman license. Can work by the hour or by the job. Must be self employed. Must have experience and references resume a plus. Work load varies, but often more than one person can handle, so it would be good to have additional people on hand. Currently needing someone to paint a 1300+ square foot interior 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment 2 stories including ceiling. Must be professionally done taping off Etc. Also need countertop repairs and several other items in this one unit. Need someone now. Also need someone who can put in small fenced area 3 foot tall. Materials will be supplied. Wage will depend on experience and efficiency.
