Workshop details:
-Specific practices of yoga, postures and breathing techniques, will illustrate the theoretical teachings and give you some keys to learn to maintain your own balance.
-Introduction to Ayurveda
Ok but what is Ayurveda?
For those of you who have never heard of it, Ayurveda = Science of Longevity and Personalized Medicine. What you do now, matters. how you spend your energy matters.
Yoga teaches us the technique of prana management. Whereas Ayurveda teaches us the cyclical, seasonal, and circadian rhythms within us, using the doshas (vata, pitta, and kapha).
Living in alignment with these natural cycles and our own natural temperament leads to restful sleep, energy, self-healing, good digestion, clear skin, reduced body fat etc.
So come and learn about the balance within your body, on & off the mat!
