SIL COMMUNITY CONNECTION WORKOUTSWe meet outside for these workouts and every week it is different so you will never get bored! We do anything from body movements to battle ropes. ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME! Everything we do can be modified to fit your needs and your level. This is about having fun and building connections with other women that are committed to prioritizing their health. They will be about 35-45 minutes of work followed by some time to connect and share.
