The 13,700 +/- SF building was owned by 2745 Limited, LP and had previously been occupied by Premier Eye Care. Art Campbell and Jessica Gasper of CAMPBELL Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the seller in the transaction and Landmark Commercial Realty represented the buyer.
