Revitalizing 50 min vinyasa yoga flow with Teka, open to all levels, that connects both mind & body via movement along with breath . Join me Saturday, April 24th at YardyFit Studios for a refreshingly invigorating vinyasa yoga class to realign our mind, body, & spirit before the energy of the full moon peaks. Vinyasa yoga is similar to the traditional Ashtanga yoga practice as it is a yoga flow that connects movement with the breath. It is a dynamic flow that gets us to silence the mind and build strength and stamina through the flow of transitions of yoga postures using the breath as our focus point. You'll be surprised of what our bodies are truly capable of when we silence the mind and channel the power within. This is a yoga class for all levels, beginner, intermediate or advanced.
