Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am - 4pm. Flexible scheduling available for the part time position. SUMMARY: We are looking for a thorough, responsible Car Detailer who will provide quality automotive cleaning services to our customers. The Car Detailer will clean vehicles according to company standards or client specifications, which may include, but are not limited to performing detail inspections, thoroughly washing, waxing, and/or buffing exteriors, vacuuming, shampooing, and deodorizing interiors, and record keeping. Attendant should possess strong customer service skills and be familiar with the tools and agents used to clean and maintain vehicles. To be a successful Car Detailer, attendant should be committed to providing excellent service to customers and be courteous, responsible, and detail oriented. Maintenance staff is responsible for the overall cleanliness and equipment operations in the parking system. Maintenance personnel will perform a variety of assignments other than actual Maintenance as well. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (Describe the required functions and responsibilities of this position). · Report directly to Field Facility Manager · Schedule and execute customer car wash appointments • Pick up and deliver customer vehicles to/from desired locations on main and auxiliary campuses • Utilize necessary knowledge about usage and application of various cleaning materials and equipment • Track progress and completion of scheduled washes for reconciliation reports • Follow all Cash / Payment handling procedures • Monitor all inventory and supplies, reporting deficiencies to Field Facility Manager • Wash SUMMA Fleet vehicles (shuttles / trucks / vans, etc.) as needed. • Wash Corporate staff personal vehicles as requested. • Normal preventative maintenance to equipment • Pick up trash in Garages including stairwells and all elevators • Empty garbage cans in all parking garages • Sweep stairwells in garage top to bottom. • Perform regular daily duties or as otherwise directed by Field Facility Manager • Assisting with emergency situations, such as power outages, fire, inclement weather, etc. • Maintenance personnel will report, if noticed or aware, directly to the Field Facility Manager any repairs needed for remote lot lighting outages, landscaping, underground wires, cables, pipes, conduit, tanks, and drains. The Field Facility Manager will be responsible to report the discrepancy to SUMMA. Note: Allpro Parking and its personnel are not responsible for any deficiencies and or damages caused by the deterioration or failure of the items listed above. REQUIREMENTS: (Summarize the ancillary functions of this position and the specific competencies required to fully perform this position.) · Strong interpersonal/communication skills (speak and understand verbal/written English) · Valid Driver’s license · Perform special projects as required. · Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service. · Enhance internal communication by sharing knowledge, skills and experience with co-workers and community · Proven ability to forge strong working relationships with clients, staff, community representatives and other stakeholders. · High School diploma or GED · Follow all rules and general guidelines as learned in training. · Organized with proven creative skills. · Must conform to Allpro’s uniform dress requirements
