Painters and Supervisors Needed (San Diego) We are looking to add two new paint crews and are looking for friendly, hard-working, and motivated people that take pride in their work. We offer: * Permanent Full-time Positions * Competitive Wages * Opportunity for Growth Painter Requirements: • Must have a reliable truck or car and drivers license • Must have own hand tools (at least 2 - 3in brushes, 2 - 9 inch rollers frames, 2 - 7 inch weenie roller frames, tape machine, caulking gun) • Minimum 3-5 years painting experience. • Efficient in prepping, and brush and roll. • Clean and professional appearance Crew Supervisor Requirements: • Must be able to communicate with homeowners. • Must be able to follow directions and be able to get jobs done on budget and within schedule. • Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and valid insurance for vehicle. • Must be able speak, write, and understand English. • Spray experience • Must have own hand tools (at least 2 - 3in brushes, 2 - 9 inch rollers frames, 2 - 7 inch weenie roller frames, tape machine, caulking gun) Not required but a plus for Supervisors: • Full crew of painters (1 or more) • Equipment, ladders, and tools • Experience in carpentry repairs (interior and exterior) • Spanish Speaking Necesitamos Supervisores de pintura Y pintores Estamos creciendo y necesitamos agregar supervisores, pintores y preparadores al equipo y buscamos personas amigables, trabajadoras y motivadas que se enorgullezcan de su trabajo.
