About the Job The housemen is responsible for all items on the exterior of the properties. Job Responsibilities - Clean the exterior of the rentals (Patio, rooftop, spa, BBQ, fire-pit, turf, windows, etc) - Clean stained furniture (interior & exterior) upon requests Qualifications - Own a smartphone - Own a vehicle - Lift up to 55 lbs. - Bilingual a plus Pay Beachfront Only uses a dynamic pay scale based off performance. Depending on the employee's performance, the van driver may also have the opportunity to develop into a housemen position with the potential for higher level pay.
