Yin yoga class accessible to all.
Yin yoga is a slow paced style of yoga that includes asanas (postures) that are mostly on the floor and are held for longer periods of time than is typical in other styles. Yin yoga targets the deep connective tissues, rather than the muscles.
Everyone regardless of race, body type, gender, sexual orientation, or religion is welcomed with open arms. And contrary to what many believe, you do not need to be flexible to practice yoga. So, grab a mat and come practice yoga with me.
