We need Construction Laborers ($17-$20/HR to Start For Crew Support) *Some positions require you to drive your vehicle to jobsites or our warehouse in Escondido for a free ride to the jobsite. SABER is GROWING, and if you have experience in a Concrete, foundation or crawlspace related trades like concrete finishing, stem wall repair, crack stitching, general foundation repair and underpinning, trenching, jack hammer, digging, crawl space repair, plumbing, insulation, encapsulation, seismic retrofit, post and pad replacement, drainage, waterproofing this is a great position for you. We would love to speak with you today about this opportunity.  Job Duties Must be willing to work in confined spaces, trenches, underneath homes, crawlspaces, basements Load and off-load heavy materials, tools, and equipment on/off the company truck for each job Follow all applicable safety guidelines at all times Travel to the customer's home to install the job Use heavy power tools at the job site Install each job using company-approved and quality-driven methods Most work in a moderate pace to ensure efficiency and quality Communicate with the customer throughout each job to aid in the understanding and satisfaction of the work When requested by the Foreman, communicate with customers to ensure their understanding of the work and their satisfaction Provide customers with a remarkable experience   Job Requirement Construction experience required Experience in concrete repair, replacement, stem wall, crack stitching, trenching, excavating, seismic retrofit, post and pad replacement, sump pumps, encapsulation, waterproofing, and/or drainage preferred. MUST have a valid driver's license, a safe driving record, and reliable transportation Unrestricted lifting and operating ability with heavy power tools, components, and machinery of 50+lbs Ability to climb a ladder, ability to kneel and crawl in confined areas Excellent communication and presentation skills Regular and punctual attendance at job locations Ability to work overtime if needed We provide the BEST training, systems, products, and services in the business plus a company culture driven by teamwork, excellence and providing "WOW" service every time.
