Cleaning Specialist - PartTime M-F 5pm-8:30 pm for Private School Part Time M-F 5-7PM for Hospital Rd Job details $8.50-$10.00 an hour Number of hires for this role 3 for school and 2 for hospital Rd RESPONSIBILITIES: Vacuuming and moping classrooms. Cleaning restrooms in common area and classrooms Cleaning common areas and eating areas (wipe down) Cleaning restrooms and interior common areas. Removing trash out of class rooms and Bathrooms. Wipe down any viable dirt on windows and doors. EQUIPMENT PROVIDED • All necessary equipment to provide cleaning services is located on-site including janitor cart, microfibers towels, chemicals, etc. QUALIFICATIONS • Previous cleaning experience is recommend but not required • Knowledge of general cleaning practices for commercial properties • Strong and effective communicator • Positive and energetic team member • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively • Excellent leadership skills • High standard of cleanliness SCHEDULE: You will be working at our Newnan location Monday- Friday 5pm -8:30pm you will be working in team of 3 other employees. And will be finished 3.5 hour window working with a team at same location every day. Hospital Rd location Monday - Friday 5-7 PM working with 2 other employees and finished within a 2 hour window QUALIFICATIONS: 1. You do not have to have commercial cleaning/janitorial experience we will train you. 2. You must own your own car that is reliable and have a valid drivers license. 3. Have a valid drivers license. 4. Own a smartphone, we use email and an Time and Attendance App for iPhone and Android 5. Willing to take a background screen passing with no theft history, violence history, etc 6. Live in the Newnan or Surrounding areas 7. Be legally eligible to work in US. We use E-verify to approve all new employees. 8. Good communication skills.
