Hello Everyone, We lost our dog on Saturday at the Citadel Outlets in the parking lot. He is a small Yorkie and responds to the name Charli. He was wearing a blue vest under a green harness. He did not have any tags or a chip. The last known sighting was at the outlets where two ladies found him and took him, according to outlet security.
