Your concept of reality is both amusing and troubling. Just as the orange ape doesn't understand science, you seem to be in the dark about basic processes and how organizations function. The only thing the ape deserves credit for, is applying pressure to fast track the approval process. One could argue that any president would have done the same. Trump failed miserably at leading the country through the shutdown, and failed as a leader to control the spread of COVID-19.
