Join the the WI Metro Audubon Society on a bird walk through historic Forest Home Cemetery. All levels of bird enthusiasts are welcome! The Forest Home Cemetery has a wonderful habitat on 200 acres, including mature trees, gardens, a pond and thick shrubs that provide for great homes and stop-over habitats for migrating birds. We'll meet outside of the Forest Home Cemetery Office located off of the Lincoln Avenue entrance. Look for folks with binoculars. If you have binoculars, you are encouraged to bring them. We will have a few pairs to lend out as well. Dress for the weather. Waterproof footwear is recommended as the morning dew can make for soggy feet.
