Press release from the City of Douglasville: Post Date:01/19/2021 1:40 PM The City of Douglasville engaged the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) to provide technical assistance to develop a comprehensive understanding of housing conditions in the City of Douglasville. The final deliverable of this project will be a summary report of data findings, stakeholder engagement, and recommendations that will be presented to City staff for review and approval, as well as the Mayor and City Council. Assistance is being provided through ARC's Community Development Assistance Program (CDAP). CDAP provides technical assistance to local governments and non-profits across the 10-county metropolitan region to undertake local planning activities that advance the goals of the Atlanta Region's Plan.
