Description
BIRMINGHAM, AL — A second arrest has been made in the March 4 death of Terrance Jerome Hardy. Jatavious Foster, 32, of Birmingham has been charged with arson and abuse of a corpse.
Hardy was found dead after Birmingham firefighters extinguished an apartment fire at 142 Woodstation Place. An investigation revealed Hardy had been shot prior to the fire.
Iesa Collins, 36, was taken into custody March 8 and charged with the murder, arson and abuse of a corpse in the case.
Foster is in custody at the Jefferson County Jail on $75,000 bond.
