We are an art community in NW Portland and have 2000 square feet divided by 10 artists. We have 1 studio space opening in April! We are part of the Portland Open Studios tour and look to promote our artists in the community. During the Coronavirus, we are taking safety measures at the studio to ensure social distancing, face masks when other artists are at the studio, washing hands, etc. We have a weekly calendar you can sign up for time to use the studio and know how many people are there at any day or time. The space available is 12’ x 15’ with tall ceilings, ceiling fan, light, separate storage, many outlets, can be split in half with another artist: $400/mo. First and last or Half off first month’s Rent with a commitment to stay at least 4 months Or Stay 6 months and get 2 months half off with a commitment to stay 6 months. Specials require full payment for either 4 or 6 months specials. We have a storage vault for tools and supplies, bathroom with large sink for washing brushes, refrigerator and microwave. There is a common area where artists hang their work for art parties and showings to the public. The common area is also free to teach workshops and earn extra $$$. We are just north of the Pearl and in great proximity to high end apartments and condos on the Willamette River. Beautiful views of the west hills from the studio. We split the utilities of electricity, gas heat and internet. Utilities run about $10-$12 month for electricity, $10-$15 month for heat depending upon the season, and $7.50 for internet.
