This position requires a clean legal record with a valid driver's license or Arizona ID. Must be able to pass a back round check to work in county jails and city offices. Construction experience is helpful but not necessary - we will train the right persons. A positive attitude is everything. SCOPE AND COMPLEXITY: Works with the Crew Supervisor and other technicians to accomplish the following duties: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Cleaning/restoration of air distribution systems, components, overhead cleaning andbag house (dust collector). Cleaning/changing HVAC preventative maintenance (i.e. cooling tower fill, air filters, and evaporative media). As required, any other industrial or commercial cleaning. Installation of industrial or commercial coatings. Follow detailed instructions. Communicate with Crew Supervisor concerning all aspects of the job and report any problems. Adhere to all company policies & procedures. Operate all equipment and tools safely. Properly maintain all equipment and tools, storage areas and company vehicles. Ability to travel and work out-of-town as needed. Ability to work various shifts as needed. Any other duties assigned by Supervision.
