Small cat with kittens needs new home and care

I recently took in far more than I can handle and I am currently looking to find somebody who can take in a smalle sweet black-and-white cat who is practically still a kitten herself and all of her kittens that were just born yesterday. If you were somebody you know can do this please contact me as soon as you can I don't want them to not have the care and attention that they deserve and need. Please be able to show me that you can provide them with food etc. I can help supply with somethings too.
