Looking for Keys w/ Vox for Jamband Gig We are currently a bass, drum and guitar trio looking to be a four piece focused on playing a mix of roots, R&B, blues, rock, grooved oriented material. Ideally, we’d like to play out a couple times monthly. We’ve all been around town for the past 20 yrs, or so. Bass and guitar both sing. You must be able to sing and contribute on solos. Only looking for guys that have gig experience. We have several places that we could book into to start. But, definitely not interested in playing every weekend. We’d like to have enough material that’s familiar to play out and keep people in a room and dancing, groovin’, buying drinks, etc. At the same time, there’s a ton of deep cuts, B-sides, groove tunes, rarities and songs that nobody else around town really plays that we’d like to slip into a setlist. Here’s a sample of artists and tunes I’d like to cover: The Grateful Dead, Jerry Garcia, Rolling Stones, Hendrix, Merle Haggard, Dwight Yoakam, The Meters, Derrick & The Dominoes, CCR, Jerry Garcia, The Beatles, Widespread Panic, ZZ Top, Chuck Berry, Howlin Wolf, Rolling Stones, Steve Miller, Jimi Hendrix, Los Lobos, Tom Petty, Freddie King, The Yardbirds, The Band, Little Feat, Talking Heads, Led Zeppelin, James Brown, Bill Withers, Stevie Wonder, Sly Stone, Alabama Shakes, Bad Company, Marcus King, Bob Marley, Spencer Davis Group, The New Mastersounds, Vulfpeck, Link Wray, Otis Redding, MMW, etc.
