Fun, Flexible Child Care Subbing

Are you looking for flexible hours? We are looking for staff who are available to substitute M-F. Our hours of operation are 7:30am-6:30pm. We also have a regular Wednesday 12:30-4:30 shift available plus subbing. If that flexible schedule works and you have experience taking care of groups of children please send me your resume and an email letting me know about your availability. Shifts are either 4 hours or 8 hours and staff contact subs when they want to schedule time off. Subs get an average of 15 hours per week. Work for a great organization! Green Lake School Age Care Program (GLSA) is a state licensed, nonprofit social and emotional learning based child care program dedicated to creating meaningful relationships with children and working together with families to help raise caring, socially aware, happy and emotionally intelligent young people. Job duties: Maintaining the Dept of Health guidelines for safety during Covid, creating a safe, positive and nurturing space for the children in our care, helping them with their online school for the first part of the day, following a schedule of outside play and inside social time in the afternoons. Maintaining our state licensing standards. Job requirements: Staff are required to pass a back ground check upon hiring, be CPR/1st Aid certified or complete upon hiring, provide documentation of a negative TB test. Taking a 30 hour online child care basics course within 3 months of being hired. The program pays for/ reimburses for the cost of all required certifications. *Our program follows the Department of Health safety guidelines for Covid-19. Spaces are sanitized several times throughout the day, we create 6 feet of distance between play spaces whenever possible and staff, children and parents all where masks while at the center.
