Position: Assistant Farm Manager Supervisor: Manager PURPOSE OF POSITION: This person will be working with farm manager. PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS: 1. Oversee Hop Growing Operation. Must have Agronomy and Equipment knowledge QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Experience: Experience working in agriculture. 2. Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Pesticide License/Valid Driver License 3. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required: Bi-lingual required. Ability to work long hours; and to work with frequent interruptions. WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Hours of operation for farm employees will be Monday-Friday 7:00am to 5:30pm and Saturday 7:00am to 12:00pm, may include working late and/or working some Sundays. 2. This position requires standing and/or walking the entire work shift and/or sitting is only required occasionally. 3. This position requires exerting up to10 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20-50 pounds frequently in order to move objects. 4. Job reference is required and a must Pass background check.
