We need a VERY EXPERIENCED plumber to spot repair/replace a lateral sewer lines under a cement foundation. It is a 4 unit building that has old cracking lines. You will have to repair the line by opening the cement floor inside the apartment but keep everything very clean. It is probably 10-15 feet of line that needs to be replaced. Big companies do not reply... I am looking for a small crew that has very good references, which we will check very closely before doing any work.
