Experience is not necessary, we will train the right candidates. Bilingual not necessary, but a plus! Principle Duties and Responsibilities - Warmly welcome guest to the facility and provide them with exceptional customer service - Guide guest to designated stop areas using clear communication, hand signals, and light batons - Check vehicles for damages - Issue ticket stub to guest and corresponding ticket to the correct vehicle - Give accurate change to guest - Move and retrieve guest’s vehicle safely to designated parking and valet areas - Safely stack vehicles in order to optimize the amount of lot space - Calculate parking rate charges based on incremental times and flat rates - Track and safely secure guest keys - Help maintain the cleanliness and safety of lots Qualifications - Must be a safe and experienced driver with both automatic and manual transmission vehicles - Have reliable transportation to Perfect Parking operated lots - Able to provide exceptional customer service to guests - Able to perform basic arithmetic to calculate parking rate charges - Able to handle high stress situations during peak business hours - Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays - Must be able to follow company procedures, regulations, and policies Physical Conditions: - Long periods of standing, walking, and jogging - Must be able to communicate, read, and write effectively in English - Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays License Requirements: Class C Driver’s License Salary: DOE Come in to our office this week and apply during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-3:30pm) so we can get a chance to get to know you!
