Description
We have immediate openings for a full time On-site Apartment Maintenance Technician for a 89 unit apartment complex in DTLA.
Must be available to work after hours and on weekend (overtime) and be on call for emergencies.
The ideal candidates will provide timely and courteous response to all resident requests for repairs and maintenance. Must have experience in property management maintenance, specifically in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, HVAC a plus. Must have experience in apartment maintenance, turns and work orders.
Company provides tools.
Must have professional attitude and appearance.
