Looking for a puppy play date

Hi there, I have a one year old deaf puppy. I have had her about 2 months now. My partner and I would like to find her a puppy friend to go on walks wi th band to the dog park. She had made 3 other dogs friends but they are not close by. We want a companion that can teach her the way of the dog. She is still learning on how to play and have manner. She is very energetic and loves to play chase. We got her from the shelter amd are still getting to know her. Because she is deaf her other senses are very active. Her bark is loud and sounds mean while she barks at everything, remember she can't hear herself lol. We are trying to socialize her one dog and person at a time.
