Garage door spring replacement

Hi, I have a 18' two car garage door which has two sets of springs - one set on the left and one on the right. One spring in each of the sets is broken (see images - the first one is for the left hand set and the second one for the right hand set). Quick check, it looks like the springs are 2' long and 3" OUTSIDE diameter. Let me know what you will charge to replace the springs and get the garage door to working again properly. Parts and labor combined. This is near Folsom Costco. Thanks.
